Bad Hotellet hade försökt dra pengar innan ankomst och när vi var på flygplan. När vi, efter 20h resande landade i Houston, såg jag meddelande i appen och försökte nå hotellet då de skrev att de skulle avboka rummet. Fick inget svar och åkte dit och fick veta att de avbokat vårt rum och att det nu var fullbokat.

Housekeeping needs to learn to tell time. I arrived at 4:00 p.m. check-in is at 3:00 I was told the room wasn't ready waiting on towels. Check out is at 11:00 a.m., I put a do not disturb sign on my door because after a 4-Hour drive home I was going to have to work tonight. At 8:45 a.m. someone was banging on the door and before we could get to the door they took it up on themselves to unlock the door and enter the room. Needs better breakfast The blankets on the beds were not only stained, with makeup on them, but they were extremely thin. We asked the front desk for more but was told housekeeping locked them up and they couldn't get into them. The breakfast was so bad we didn't bother to eat the second morning we were there. Toaster oven would toast and the waffle mix was not good. I loved how big the room was and the comfort of the beds. I loved the gated security for my vehicle. Staff was kind and helpful, when they could be.
I appreciate your hospitality, and any criticism I've offered is meant to contribute to the improvem I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The loud hammering noise from nearby construction at 9 in the morning was quite disruptive. The breakfast time is too short, from 6 to 9 am, and finding a seat between 7 and 9 was nearly impossible due to the high number of guests. Excelente hotel, alimentos y limpieza; pésima atención y trato por parte de las recepcionistas Pésimo trato de parte del personal que atiende la recepción. Recibí un trato muy descortés en mi estancia y estuve una semana completa. De las 3 recepcionistas solamente una que aparenta ser la gerente fue la única que me atendió muy amable. Boring experience I was in the hotel with my family for 2 days without the TV and the intercom in my room working. I went downstairs to complain the first morning and the second morning, but nothing was done about it. What a boring stay I had. Location
