Very Poor Everything. The hotel is quite far from the center of Houston. We knew it and considered it. It was 100% fully booked with very noisy people. Breakfast was crowded and all the place was dirty. Not a big variety of food. Thecair condition was so noisy I couldn't sllep without a sleeping pill. When we asked for another room the woman in front table even didn't try to help. The pillows are not comfortable The bathroom was nice. Looks like renovated
Dirty, air conditioner was broken, and terrible staff! Dirty! The comforter had obvious stains all over it, it had clearly not even been washed because you could run your finger across them and it flake away. The air conditioner was broken. And the receptionist was so bad it felt like we were in some kind of comedy movie. She forgot to check us in before we arrived so at 3am we had to wait for her to do it. Poor My room had bed bugs
Basic Just a sad grim location, breakfast is just not good Room was ok
Do better First the lady at the desk was rude then I never received my towels. On top of it all when I told them about the loud noise coming from the room above nothing was done. I couldn't sleep cause all my kids and I heard was jumping and stuff. Location..... The young African American woman was nice and took care of me. The beds are always comfortable.

BUGS in Hotel 1. We changed rooms, chose where it does not smell like dog urine or smoke. 2. There are many, many dogs in the hotel. In the evening I saw more than 10 on the walk while I lived there. Plus, I heard some who were not released from the rooms. On the territory of all lawns and some paths in dog shit. In the hallway, someone's dog vomited. 3. I will not stay at this location again This was my second time staying at this facility, the first time I booked a double queen suite, it was nice. Clean and UpToDate. This time I booked a king room with a balcony. When we go to the second floor the hall way was extremely hot, once we entered the room it was hot an odor. The air took forever to cool off.
