Overall I did not really like my stay I did not like the fact that me and my friend had to find a whole other room due to them giving us a disability room. Then the room they gave us phone was not working and the tv remote was not working as well. location was decent
Séjour pas à la hauteur du nombre d'étoiles. Des pointes dans le tapis. Ma femme a marché dessus. Aussi l'ascenseur n'était pas très propre avec des urines de chien. L'hôtel est au bord de la route et la chambre pas insonorisée. Donc on a très mal dormi. On écoutait nos voisins et tout le trafic. Nous avons dû annuler la seconde nuit. Les équipements de la suite.

Air conditioning is a must in Texas The air conditioning wasn't working well at all. Normally, we freeze at hotels. We like it that way. Not here. The television was working just fine, and it shut itself down. We didn't figure this out until after we were ready for bed. ( We got there late) The front desk was willing to move us,but we didn't want to have to pack everything up again to move. Thank goodness we travel with a fan. It helped tremendously. Not the worst, but not the best either. No phone access (it was outdated and not working), issues with the TV - the manager had to come show me how to change the input since the front desk staff didn't know how, the pool was too freezing cold to get in (an indoor pool is usually heated), the staff wasn't friendly in greeting nor out when you approach the desk, and there were no jacuzzi rooms available nor do any of the rooms offer both balcony and jacuzzi. Bad the beds were horrible! they were hard as rock! Woke up to body aching from how uncomfortable the bed was.
subpar I was put in a room that smelled like marijuana and I could not be put in another room until the next day it was near stores and restaurants
