Birthday gone BAD!! Brown bag breakfast and the juice machine was broke. It was my birthday and was looking forward to a hot meal. Kids on 2nd floor above my room ran and jumped all night....couldn't sleep. Same thing the next morning! Location was good

As you may know, Covid-19 was very unexpected. Because of Covid-19, for everyone's safety and health, we have to minimize a lot of our amenities. Staff was very nice. Room was big bed was comfortable except the sheets. Improvements could be made There wasn’t enough body lotion, shampoo, conditioner ect for me and my significant other. My biggest issue was as soon as I walked in I felt itchy. When I went to the bathroom there was a flea on me! I had flea bites everywhere on me! When I put my phone on the night stand and picked it up there was a cockroach in my phone and later on in the night I turned on the light and saw a flea in the night stand. Bad
We will not be staying again. We went down at 8:30am for breakfast and they lacked many items. We asked if they would be putting more items out, the staff said no, because it was almost 9am.. We were disappointed, either they didn't cook enough for the guests or the early risers devoured all the breakfast. Regardless, the staff should have accommodated. There were about 15 or more guests that did not partake on the free breakfast. The location, the facility, and the room was nice.
