Bad que yo reserve un cuarto en la área donde supuestamente era de no fumar y no podímos casi dormir del olor a mariguana que entraba por las ventilas del aire y lo peor esque yo traía niños la amabilidad con la que me trataron los de la recepción

I won't be returning. The pool was small and the staff left dirty towels in heaps in the pool room overnight. They also didn't restock the towels. The room smelled musty. The pull put sofa was stained. We had a 6 person room (5 people went) but they only gave us three towels. We were also one set of linens short. When we asked for more, we were given attitude and told there was a shortage so we were not given any. Disappointing I called to advise that I was driving in from out of town and would arrive late, just want to confirm reservation. The ladie states she needed to charge the first night to save the room. I told her I chose the pay at property option and she stated, bookings.com was suppose to notify me the room was being charged. This is such an inconvenience because I pay extra for that option! Disappointing TV didn’t work! Toilet didn’t work. Asked to be changed to another room but sent maintenance to fix but problem still existed until I checked out. Won’t stay here again Location to family

Poor Multiple disappointments - Key didn't work the first time. And had to go up and down the floors to get it fixed - Breakfast was poor at best. Items weren't replaced once finished and we had to request the reception to refill it as there was no one around in the kitchen area

No asearon la habitación en 3 días seguidos No pude cancelar la ultima noche, no asearon la habitación en 3 días que estuvimos, las sábanas están muy viejas y con bolitas. El personal se desentiende porque la reservación la hice en booking. 🤷‍

Fair There was no microwave and the staff didn't try to get us a different room or replace it after they realized it wasn't there
