Fair The suite we stayed in was very spacious but the pull out couch did not have no sheet or blankets when I asked the front desk they said they were all out and only gAve me 2 sheets we did not bring extra blankets I let my kids sleep on king size bed and my husband and I slept on the pullout couch and we where cold all night I complained about it the 2nd night we got back about midnight again Asked for blankets and did not receive any not until the morning of check out also no one cleaned our room at all we did not put th... read more

Good We were not contacted regarding the room we requested was not available. The tub/shower plug was broke. The toilet wouldn't flush well and got stopped up.

Good They didn't change my sheets and lied afterwards not knowing food wasted on the sheet in the corner they could not see The room was nice and the breakfast was good

Not advertised correctly The rooms are not advertised correctly. I booked a Executive King Suite assuming the photos online were accurate and that we would be getting a 2 room suite. Upon arriving we were told they only had 2 of the 2 room suites and that they were both occupied. We are moving cross country with 2 dogs and a baby so the advertisement photo of the suite is the reason we spent the extra $75 to stay at this hotel. We needed the separation. Passando por aqui Ao lado do Walmart e no meio do caminho. Estávamos de passagem, seguindo de Nova Orleans para Dallas e precisávamos de um local para descansar. Este hotel foi ótimo.
Noisy Hotel next to the Beltway Very Noisy, lot of lorry- drivers and oilworkers, dogs allowed, lousy wifi, next time I would choose another hotel nextby Good Parking, Breakfast Included
