Horrible experience and will not be back. Horrible experience. Unclean. Things very unorganized. Lisa was amazing. Brenda was horrible. Her attitude is very nasty like she doesn't want to be there. It is what I would expect for the amount I paid. We left before the check out time. I think the only thing I did not care for was that people were in the doorway of the property smoking, so trying to get around all that smoke was not enjoyable to me or my children. Disappointing The room was dirty. Floors in hallway and elevator were disgusting.
Bad Filthy shower and jacuzzi tub had to clean my self did not want housekeeping coming in they were very rude outdoor pool was filthy with cigarette butts and people using drugs very inappropriate for my son Loved the jacuzzi tub but it was filthy upon arrival and the room smelt bad shower had soap scum left everywhere

Nice stay, Unpleasant service I came for funeral during this COVID-19. Stayed for a week paid through booking then expressed if I pay with them they would charge less. The daughter n law very nice. Worked well till the father n law told me I could not pay another night. After a week a guest has to leave, and that there was no rooms available so I went a looked on booking two rooms were available. So he told me if I get it I can have it. So I booked it. Exceptional I did like that I guess no smoking cause apparently the hotel is non smoking I was charged 150 out of my account that put me in the negative and my spouse credit card was charged twice for some food they was selling there
im not sure why they overchgarged mre for an extra day they overcharged my credit card nothingq
