Potential out the window The motel was barely occupied. However we were roomed right next door to a very loud couple that slammed doors all night and cursed and yelled and threatened each other. We called the front desk after 1am when we had more than enough. Fair The smell of the hotel and my room. It smell like dirty mop water. Not sure if the smell is coming from the carpet but it's not too pleasant. I expected the room to look like it's being presented on the website. Cigarette burn on toilet. Paint stains on remotes and lamp shades. Out dated furniture. How convenience early thing is

Bad Worst management ever booted us out on Easter because when I re checked in I didn’t show them my service dogs badge even though they had it on file they even refused to refund
Okay Carpet was dirty and did not smell good, the door lock was defective Location
Poor Called down to the front desk multiple times about a family that was letting their children run through the halls at 2am literally screaming. They never did anything about it, finally fell asleep around 5am. The TV has barely any channels. Coffee pot was on the fritz. The jacuzzi in the room was amazing. The bed was kind of stiff but in a comfortable kind of way. The room was very large.

Overall our stay was enjoyable The smell that came from the bathroom was horrible. I'm assuming it was coming from the drains it smelled like rotten bowel. The breakfast was good compared to most hotels
