it was ok shower needs to be scrubbed down. there was mildew on the walls of the shower. it was very obvious black spots! location

Poor It was bad I have always stayed there and never asked for deposit and ot was 100 like the stay and the front desk person was very unhappy person didnt like that plus it was happy hour she didnt offer us some drinks . Nothing

Good Well when I was looking for a hotel in the Katy Tx area. I was looking for convenience and pet friendly. And of course I picked the one that didn’t have pet fee’s when I got to the La Qunitia they had a sign on counter stating now we have a pet fee... You can’t say one thing on the website and post sign on counter to we charge now when you come to check in... very bad customer service. So when I checked out there on the bill $30.00 .. Won’t be back. Walls and floors are NOT insulated efficiently. Could not sleep all night due to noise from guest and highway. Only one elevator, which was a long wait every time to use it. room size and bed was comfortable.
Good Coffee tasted awful, oatmeal was runny, eggs tasted weird, and they didn’t service my room... Location

Too much money for the way the rooms looks and beds were old. Rooms were outdated bed was old.Toilet was leaking. Dusty rooms and my daughters allergies were going crazy . location,parking.Breakfast
