Very Good The whole hotel smells horribly. When exiting 2nd floor elevator it almost knocks you over. It made me gag. Also no fan in the bathroom The staff at check in was really friendly. She lent us her personal bottle opener.

Incompetent Front Desk Clerk=Bad Night In town for a wedding in Katy, TX. The facility spelled of mildew. Sneezed and had migraine entire stay. Upon checking in, the clerk, Shannon, accidentally checked us in and then out, causing our credit card to be charged. She said that she had to fix the issue and rescan our card to reinstate the reservation. She asked me to write down my credit card information. We were running behind to wedding because of the mistake. She said we could go and then I continued to receive notification ... read more

Good The second floor smelled horrible and the smelled could be picked up in the elevator. We were on the 3rd floor and it smelled fine.

Fair que me caì en la tina del baño y m e golpee la espalda. me cambiaron de cuarto y pedi un dia adicional y me cobraron la diferencia mas de US 100 de excedente, cuando yo no pedi el cambio de habitación. me parecò un abuso! la cama, el espacio y el aire comodo

Pleasant the internet was not working well and it gets disconnected every time and had to be reconnecting. The microwave when used trips off the television and fridge, all the food in the freezer got spoilt

Impossible to sleep in this place. The doors in this place are all defective and need to be forcefully closed. Imagine trying to sleep with a cacophony of people basically slamming their doors shut. It was awful. Needless to say I got almost NO sleep. Also, I booked a room with two beds. The room I was given was clearly a room made for two beds but one was missing and in the gargantuan hole the missing bed left they just put a sad looking, beat up chair.
