Front desk staff was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Very convenient to both kingwood and the airport.
Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good but the best part was the staff. Gail went above and beyond for us and was so friendly and welcoming. We had a good stay!

Room was spacious but lacked adequate blankets and window coverings. There were also chip crumbs on the ground in the closets. The service was good. Would recommend the hotel provide a solid amount of blankets upon arrival and improve the ability of the blinds to block out the bright lights from the parking lot.
