My flight got delayed and had to stay in Houston for two nights. The room was spotless and warm, the light was soothing to my eyes. Staffs were super friendly and courteous, breakfast area was clean and comfy. I’m a very sensitive and picky person especially to hotel air quality, I have to say the lobby, hallway, and room all smell very fresh which means they keep this place clean!!

The room, pool, and breakfast room were clean and the staff was hard-working and pleasant. Gail at reception was so kind and friendly, making us feel welcome, seen, and appreciated. There were a couple of maintenance issues - not directly affecting our stay- that prevent me from leaving a 5-Star review for the property, but the experience was better than expected.

The room wa very comfortable except thst we did not have blankets.
