A Kingwood Get-a-way The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling through the Kingwood area. The room was quiet, clean & comfortable.
Quality hotel at a good price This hotel provided all the necessities while I was traveling. The room was clean and comfortable and they served a contenental breakfast daily that was quite good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Houston area.
Checked in and they messed up my room. Confused it with my fathers reservation. Room wasn't ready when I went to it. They were still cleaning it.

Check in was mishandled. We had two parties with same last name which arrived at different times. My room was given to my son. They said they couldn't fix it. Then out room room was not serviced. No coffee service on 2nd day due to no service. Keys didn't work second night. When problems voiced they just made excuses.

We were given a room next to a person who had multiple dogs “barking loudly” as we were approaching our door. We requested another room far from this terrible disturbance. Then, our new room was spacious & clean, but our tv did not activate because of no internet connection. We were not happy about theses situations. Clifford Strickland

My room I had to kill a couple roaches along with over grown kids playing knock knock on my room door at 4/5 in the morning the attendant at the front desk offered a snack out the snack room no accommodations no nothing not to include I had a 7 hour drive to take before check out NEVER AGAIN!

I stayed at this hotel recently and at first glance the hotel and room looked fine but then I discovered roaches. This made it super uncomfortable. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the pest control problems so future guests can have a better experience.

Hot tub was not working and staff accused me of stealing I checked out a day early and was still charged
