Poor Our first room was dog friendly, which wasn’t on the booking, the room smelled horrible and had dirty towels lining the urine stained bed. They moved us to another room, but then the fire alarm chirped all night. Location was great and staff helped out.
Price was good but I Will not be staying there again in the future. The room smell of mildew. We didn’t have use of the tv. I called the front desk and someone came to fix it. It worked for 20 minutes and was out again so I had to tell my kids to just go to bed. I put the ac on 70 degrees and the room never cooled. Nice breakfast and the staff was great. The hotel wasn’t too crowded. I was given an upgrade to a 2 Queen.

Very dirty, made me feel dirty The room smelled of Cigarette smoke, a lot. We reported it so we wouldnt get charged for smoking, and it seemed they were used to it, so I am guessing its not a new issue. Especially because the smoke was deep in there. There were even cigarette burns on stuff. The carpet was dirty, not with debris, just stuck it dirt I guess. The location is not terrible, but not great. All in all, the place was dirty, and it made me feel dirty. I guess it was cheap
I have stayed at this location before but will never stay again . This property is a health hazard due to mold Checked in , went up to room carpet was flooded with water , room stank and was hot. Went to front desk and let them know. Was put in a different room which smelled like mold and was not a king room like I reserved. Went back to front desk and was told that’s all they had. I ask for refund and was told she could not give me a refund. After 30 minutes and several calls to the manager she issued a refund Nothing

Unfortunately we disagree with this review. We do not have a mold problem and would not pass county or state inspections twice a year if this were the case. We tried to make this guest happy and there seemed to be nothing that would make him happy. He was issued a refund right away it took about 20 mins bc front desk had to get permission from the manager which is normal procedure. We don’t feel 20 mins is unreasonable agent was only doing her job.
Fair The hotel smelled old. The hallways smelled like pee, and the room smelled like wet mildew. We had to open the window to try and air the room out, but it didn't really help. I tried calling the front desk to request a new room, but there was no answer. There were also roaches. I don't think I will be staying here again. The location was in a very good spot. In the middle of everything.
