My Legs Are Mangled! That bed bugs mangled my legs. See Above

Thank for leaving us a review. Unfortuantly we must disagree with the comments. During your stay and upon check out there was absolutely no complaint or problem reported to our staff, housekeeping, front desk or manager. After check out we received an email stating you wanted to report bed bugs which obviously we take very seriously. We immediately went to the room you stayed in and inspected thoroughly with our light equipment and absolutely nothing of the sort was found. Disappointing
The staff was nice but I will not stay again due to the issues I encountered. The bathroom toiletries were not there ( no conditioner left) there was not a hair dryer in the bathroom. I asked the following morning and was told it would be there when I returned on Wednesday night. I got to the room at 8;30 PM and still no hair dryer. I kept calling the from desk and it only gave me a busy signal ( same thing on the first night when trying to call so I walked down to tell them I didn't have the hair dryer or conditioner for tw... read more

Good for a night sleep..then move on. The staff was very rude, didn't speak when asked questions and during breakfast we felt as if we were being watched. There was a staff member standing next to the buffet table watching everyone serve themselves,it was very uncomfortable. People were still eating when she quickly put up the full food pan. Other than that if you just go for the nights rest it's fine. I liked that your family pet is welcome to stay.

That is something we never hear as we have a really good team who has been with us for awhile and they complimented quite often on their friendliness and helpfulness by our guests. During breakfast hours we have two attendants. One who is in the bag preparing the food and one that is stationed at the breakfast bar to make sure items stay full and hot. Would retrain that clerk on the phone Check out clerk couldn’t get off the phone long enough to help me check out. She was on the phone complaining about another employee to someone on the phone. Check in clerk very friendly Bed comfortable

el precio es competitivo en la zona turistica donde este hotel se encuentra. Ademas estamos sobre el mar y por lo tanto el aire es de la costa. Quiza usted esta acostumbrada a hotels en zonas mas deserticas.
Pleasant Pool was dirty, and non guests filled it up. Not impressed for the money we paid, not to mention dogs using the restroom by the pool. Not what I want to smell while relaxing by the pool.
