Goed hotel Het zwembad water was heel warm en niet helder. Vermoed slecht onderhoud en daardoor onhygiënisch Ruime kamer en lekker kingsize bed.

Exceptional Rooms had a small stale air smell. Ice machine on our floor(3rd) was not working. Amount of space for what we were charged. Cleanliness, and politeness of Front Desk.

We would have had to ask a stayover guest to check out early in order to accommodate your request as we were sold out the night prior and that is something we obviously can not do. We do hope to serve you again in the future.
No thank you, we will not stay here again!! AC unit was broken and made a loud banging noise all night. Front desk did not answer between 12-6am so we had no choice but to leave the unit on and deal with the noise due to the high temperatures. We got very little sleep and management made no attempt to call us back to apologize or make things right. Hotel is very old and owner should consider major updates. Very disappointed and will not be booking with your site again.

Fair The next morning we noticed there were little roaches around the tv and the desk where our bags were. I went to the counter and the lady said she could spray while we were there. I declined because my son has asthma. She said no one ever complained about them and dismissed it. The lady at the check out counter for check in was great. Nice, personable and accommodating. I cannot remember her name(sorry). She gets 5 stars out of 5 though.
