We apologize for any inconvenience due to the 3rd floor ice machine being down. We do provide one on the first and second floor also. We had the machine repaired right away and again apologize for any inconvenience. We value your business and hope to serve you again in the future.

We would have had to ask a stayover guest to check out early in order to accommodate your request as we were sold out the night prior and that is something we obviously can not do. We have this listed on all booking sites and do inform all guests at check in so they can ask for anything they need prior to the close of desk at night.
