Very Poor The room smelled of mildew...the smell hit me right in the face when I entered. Also, there was black mold on the walls and on the ceiling in the bathroom.

This review is from a guest that we had to ask to leave the property after the Seabrook police department had been called due to his abusive and aggressive behaviour towards the front desk staff and the Owner of the hotel. The guest came to the front desk aggressively screaming at our front desk representative in a very intimidating fashion and due to the gentlemen's large stature the representative called the Owner who asked to speak to the guest. Pleasant It wasn’t that clean at all for the value. Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke in non smoking rooms. Convenient

Fair Beat up hotel.. The reservation page included a "view" for the amount. And there was NO VIEW at all. So disappointing! Ice machine was down. Pool was disgusting. Beds were comfy.

Due to the holidays we have been sold out and due to many guests filling their large ice chests from the ice machines sometimes it will run out and can take over an hour to remake and fill entire ice vending machine again. We do have one located on all 3 floors. Our pool valve did have a leak which was causing the pool to be green. We did address it right away and have it repaired. We apologize for th... read more

Poor The pool was green and found 4 to 5 roaches The owner were nice

Thank you for leaving us your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience with the pool during your stay. Our pool pump broke but we did have it replaced and fixed within 4 hours although it can take up to 24 hrs before water is cleared completely. We take our cleanliness very seriously and spray our hotel monthly. If at any time you had an issue we do wish you had reported it so we could have done whatever was needed to make you comfortable. We do hope we get a chance to serve you again in the future.

Disappointing No wifi front doors broke no ice machine. Got charged for smoking when we did not

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We do have free WIFI throughout the building and in rooms and there is an ice machine on each of our 3 floors. We did have to shut down lobby front entrance door for about 2 hours one afternoon due to having to replace sensors on sliding door panel. We do apologize if that caused any issues as it is normal maintenance. We do have 4 other side doors easily accessible that you can enter or leave the building with. We are 100% Smoke Free property inside the hotel.

Too much hair in room. Housekeepers should wear hair nets. We had hair under the sheets. We had to switch rooms. Hair under the sheets again. When we got towels from the staff..more hair on the towels. Breakfast

Wont be staying here again The food was cold. And the pool was dirty green and had throw up near patio chairs. Written in scum inside of pool said. Pool is dirty clean pool The room was a good size
