Exceptional There were no Kleenex in restroom. There was no.decaf coffee at breakfast Brand on coffee taste could be better Loved the location Bed was comfortable Quiet

Fair The next morning we noticed there were little roaches around the tv and the desk where our bags were. I went to the counter and the lady said she could spray while we were there. I declined because my son has asthma. She said no one ever complained about them and dismissed it. The lady at the check out counter for check in was great. Nice, personable and accommodating. I cannot remember her name(sorry). She gets 5 stars out of 5 though.

Pleasant The sofa couch springs poking thru. Pool dirty. Location was good

Fair Exhaust in the bathroom did not work, even after changing rooms. Liked the staff especially the manager

Exceptional The mattress to the sleeper sofa is old and worn. So much so that my kids awoke with coil marks on their body ( Room 217).

Okay I didn't like the beds..too soft. I didn't like the ac in room wouldn't stay cold enough. I had stains on my comforter and they had to switch it. I felt the standard queen room was a little small. The breakfast was ok..just didn't like the eggs I liked the bathroom

Disappointing Everything We left to go to galveston and let our belongings in our room and put do not disturb sign on door and told house cleaning to not enter we didnt need or room clean we come back and everything was gone threw and money was gone and our things were broke. Told front office mnager called us lier hated or stay and filed charges on staff

Unfortunately this review could not be further from the truth. Upon this guest checking in he asked the front desk "are your housekeepers white or hispanic?". Which obviously we felt was not called for and disrespectful. The guest left for the day and had a DND sign on his door. Housekeeping did not go in to clean their room. This is reflected by our security video footage, the room assignment mark of lists, the head of housekeeping records, and GM records of room not being cleaned. Pleasant Sofa sleeper was horrible, but a staff member brought us a role away bed that was better than the sofa sleeper but had a plastic covered mattress that was noisy. The king bed was so so. The maid service wasn't that great, no maid service at all the first day, we reported it to management and they brought us towels, the second day there was maid service, made the bed, took dirty towels and left clean ones but that was about it, didn't leave any coffee packs or take dirty bed linens.
