Disappointing My towels had hair in them which is vert NASTY shower curtain had hair in it NASTY. Eggs,biscuits Rooms were nice! Even though food is complementary it still should be served fresh an hot . Biscuits were horrible eggs came out fresh but were not fluffy . Night shift receptionist was polite an friendly.rooms an bed were nice.

Poor
Federal Worker stay in Kemah with Family, not happy with Hotel or Owner. The Owner was obnoxious and she let us know she was the owner. This is not a family friendly hotel, it is a pet friendly one. I was greeted at the front desk on our second day there by a Chihuahua that decided to bark and growl at me. This was the front desk staff dog. We are family, kid, and pet friendly and as can be seen by all of our other reviews our guests have stated the great experiences they have with us. Very Good
It was good, but could have been better. very few amenities in room (shampoo, conditioner, etc). bed was very firm for those who like a firm bed coffee in room was not very good sink was slow to drain was unable to get questions answered because of language difficulty clean, well located, large room did have small refrigerator and microwave for those who want one

Fair I didn't like that I couldn't close my curtains. It was to bright in the room. It was near the boardwalk. Staff was friendly.

All rooms have a black out curtain and sometimes people do push them all the way open to the sides. In that case you just need to reach back behind the curtains to the wall where they are opened to and pull shut. Exceptional There is no night staff and a party down the hall at 1 am had to be stopped by the police Easy to Get to and centrally locates for us.
