Welcome to the oil patch Other than the front door sidewalk construction it was a nice place. But typical oil patch $ grab.

We did not the suites we requested months ago..each suite had 2 dogs..but chargef75.00. Instead of 50.00 charged by dora..plus this morning another lady at desk..had poor attitude..asking what to you want..been staying here for years..needs a refresh with staff training on how to treat patrons..last time back. Tv in 310 did not work..

There was a roach in my room at one point. I captured it and let staff know but they did nothing about it

The room smelled disgustingly musty and did not have cold water in the shower. I asked for a different room and was told there were none available. I asked for a form of discount or compensation and did not receive that either.

The room didn't even lock and they had no other room to offer. I was left scrambling for another place to stay!

The halls stink. Smelly. Front desk wouldn’t give my 5 yr old an extra blanket, she claims people steal them from the room

Called in to cancel reservation due to inclement weather and travel venue not going through. I called before the cutoff time and the Clark was not able to cancel my reservation due to it being done online. I go online and service is even worse than the live person on the phone. Shitiest experience with a vendor like Expedia!!! I will be explaining details to family and friends never to book with Expedia or La Quinta!!!
