The room smelled disgustingly musty and did not have cold water in the shower. I asked for a different room and was told there were none available. I asked for a form of discount or compensation and did not receive that either.
The room didn't even lock and they had no other room to offer. I was left scrambling for another place to stay!
The halls stink. Smelly. Front desk wouldn’t give my 5 yr old an extra blanket, she claims people steal them from the room
Called in to cancel reservation due to inclement weather and travel venue not going through. I called before the cutoff time and the Clark was not able to cancel my reservation due to it being done online. I go online and service is even worse than the live person on the phone. Shitiest experience with a vendor like Expedia!!! I will be explaining details to family and friends never to book with Expedia or La Quinta!!!
Room was never cleaned the 3 days I was there
1. Had to search for someone to check in. 2. Had to search for someone to replenish empty breakfast selections, both morning. 3. The Sunday breakfast was flavorless sausage, hard fried potatoes (also flavorless) and an empty scrambled egg container.
Everything but the beds were good The people were nice, the place was clean and the breakfast was good. But the beds were soooo uncomfortable and you can hear everything going on outside your room.
I don’t want to add anymore , that’s why I dont Ever complete these reviews
