Property looks understaffed. Room wasn't really clean and smelled like somebody smoked inside even though the room should be smoke free.

I booked this hotel based on the description saying hot tub is available but representative said it has been closed down for some time already. I needed the tub for some therapy on my leg.

Nice, clean & great stay other than lady checking us in was a little rude! These are the jobs they choose to do but yet they tend to be rude instead of being welcoming when someone comes from out of town to stay at these hotels!
