Pleasant Elevator was out of order, which wasn't a big deal. The front desk receptionist got me a room on the 2nd floor. The stairwell was filthy! Dirty Q-tips, food wrappers, and dirt/mud on the stairs. I was there 4 days and 3 nights and didn't get cleaned once. Breakfast was good. The staff member that was taking care of Breakfast was awesome! She was very attentive and kept everything clean and stocked. Beds were really soft and room was specious.
