Elevator didn’t work,dirty floors,side door didn’t open from the outside.

Go the Extra Mile The staff went the extra mile. I accidently left my ipad there as it had fallen behind the headboard. I called the hotel receptionist. She immediately went up and got the ipad and then mailed it to me! Thank you.

The elevator was out of service but they did have someone to help you with your bags if needed. The room smelled really musty while we were there. I had to go buy some air freshener to spray in the room. One day when returning from our outing there was a man sleeping in the stairwell on the second floor. They did replace the towels daily and fix the beds. The breakfast was decent but pretty basic.

The elevator didn't work. They put me on the first floor so I was happy I didn't have to use the stairs.

Muy descuidado, no servia el elevador, cortinas rotas, tina en malas condiciones, mal olor en la habitación, hubicacion buena
