I recommend The woman who checked us in was nice/friendly. I was HIGHLY ANNOYED, tho, that 1) The ice machine on first floor doesn't ALWAYS work - AND didn't the two separate times and days I tried. Therefore, had to go upstairs. 2)There is NOT ONE wine opener or bottle opener in the ENTIRE HOTEL. THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!! There NEEDS to be at least ONE that be used at front desk. Everything was good, except the ceiling a corner had mold !

Busy Kyle Hotel Hotel was need of basic maintenance. Curtail were ripped & our room was without hand towels. Last, the breakfast hostess was very friendly & accomandating give we can to breakfast late.
