The elevator was broken along with all ice machines. They were out of coffee in the morning and there was no one staffing the desk.
Refrigerator was not working. 1st room was smelly and the furniture was all banged up. They moved us to different room, The second room, refrigerator was also not working properly, but we dealt with it. Room was cleaner and furniture was in better condition.
There was no bacon. The food was good and hot. The carpet smells bad. The male staff who checked us in was not friendly or welcoming but the morning staff was very friendly. The room was nice in appearance.
It was neat and the staff were accommodative
The elevator was not working, which was a bummer having a carry luggage up the stairs
Pool was under construction, elevator didn’t work. Staff was great but disappointed in the property.

Most of the staff was amazing. We chose this hotel because it has a pool. Sadly, it is closed. Definitely would have been nice to know beforehand.
