Everything was fine except the pillows were horrible. The staff were excellent and friendly. The breakfast was tasty

Busy Kyle Hotel Hotel was need of basic maintenance. Curtail were ripped & our room was without hand towels. Last, the breakfast hostess was very friendly & accomandating give we can to breakfast late.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately elevators were not working and we had to use the stairs to carry up luggage but it happens. Rooms were clean, and breakfast was perfect, the attendent was very nice and helpful.
