Terrible This place is outdated dirty and damaged by tenents and no repair

Checking in was great..hot tob was closed.. who real reason i booked the room. The foundation is horrible and the rooms are not so clean nor are they nice. But beds was comfy and clean sheets. Not enough towels but guess use it for what is was booked. Shower and sleep.

Elevator didn't work the entire week. Dead roach in the hallway for days even after the staff picked up the garbage can it was near. Kitchen staff was super nice and room service was timely.

Well im sorry to say it was very disappointing at first. The room was nasty the comforter had stains on it. Curtain was torn bad i mean badly. Not even one night we went to eat and when we got back the elevator didnt work. I called downstairs to ask what were we supposed to do after driving 10 hrs, and unpacking as well. The good thing was the lady receptionist at that hour she was great. Instantly she gave us another handicap room downstairs and so much nicer and cleaner. Do not recommend. Shower had visible mold. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. View out the window of a wooden fence. Breakfast was sad.

Unable to accommodate disabled people. I never actually stayed there. When we arrived we were told the elevator wasn't working and our room was on the 2nd floor. I told him my husband is disabled and is unable to use the stairs, he said sorry he couldn't. I walked out because that must be somewhere that disabled people should have access to a room. We are in the process of moving from Buda,TX to Green Bay, WI so I have had no time to try to get my money back.

Never again will we stay here This hotel was disgusting. There was hair in the tub, on the sheets and the couch wasn’t even cleaned. The trash cans didn’t have liners and were stacked by the wall. The towels and bedsheets had stains on them. The hotel had a musty smell to it. I had booked two other rooms for people out of town and this hotel did not represent Texas well. I’m so embarrassed. My wife and daughter wanted to leave and drive back home but we didn’t want to waste the money.

Terribly rundown, room keys don’t open outside doors, sensor not working, no elevator, didn’t get the ground floor room I booked so we had to carry all luggage and the dog upstairs by hand. We should have been told nothing worked so we could get a room elsewhere.
