Terrible experience This location is under renovation, the hotel is very dusty in hallways, our room refrigerator was leaking had water on floor, baseboards were dusty. Bathroom had gnats in tub, dead bugs in bathroom also. Definitely will not return to this location

Dirty, smelly, Noisy, missing phone. Missing light bulbs, TV didn't work.

Upon check in the lobby looked nice. Saw some workers and asked if they were under renovation, yes they are. First problem-no notice of renovation Went to room, didn’t get that good of a look as we had to leave right away. Our bad. Second problem-state of room. No toilet paper or even toilet paper dispenser. Bathtub looked as if someone put cleanser on and then left it. The floor in the bathroom was seriously dirty. The floor in the hallway was atrocious. Would not recommend to anyone Room was not cleaned completely. Hotel is dirty beyond the “excuse our mess, we are renovating”. Would not recommend.

We arrived to our room with a dirty mop left in it. They’re was hair all over the floor, ac unit, and couch. I don’t know if the last person had a pet in the room?!?

Never again The hotel was EXTREMELY DIRTY AND NASTY. I UNDERSTAND RENOVATIONS BUT FOR THE HALLWAYS AND ELEVATORS AND ROOMS TO BE DIRTY IS INEXCUSABLE. THE TOILET IN ROOM 308 KEPT FLUSHING ON ITS OWN. UPON CHECKOUT THE DESK CLERK ASKED IF HE EVER BACKED UP. THAT LETS ME KNOWNIT WAS A KNOWN FACT THAT THAT TOILET HAD PROBLEMS AND THE EVIDENCE WAS THERE WAS A PLUNGER IN THE BATHROOM.
