Bad When we entered room there was still hair from previous guest on floor in bathroom. The hand towels in bathroom were also dirty and used from previous guest . The ice machine on our floor and another were out of service also the plus I tried to charge my phone on the plug reciprocal didn't work . For over 200 bucks a day this is ridiculous to have this many thing wrong. Plus the cleaning ladies ONLY come at 8 am THIS IS VEGAS so if you want your room cleaned each day you must get up and be out by 730 . We put up do not d... read more

Grosería y falta de respeto Realizamos el checkout a una señora que nos insultó a mi y a mi familia manifestando que Booking no había realizado el pago. Realmente fue un momento muy desagradable. La habitación no recibió aseo la máquina del jugo no funcionaba y la gente no fue cordial

We won’t ever stay there again! Where do I start? The room was not clean. The floor was sticky in spots. The sink drain in the bathroom stunk and there was something awful lodged in it. My guess is vomit or dog food. The bed was sagging and lumpy. Staff and Breakfast was great

Terrible experience Alarm went on at 2am and they couldn’t figure out how to turn it off until 4am. The lady at the front said that we would get a refund for the night. Next day comes and they say that they can only take $50 off the bill.. instead of taking $50 off they charged me an extra $50!! And when I called to inquire about it they adjusted the bill incorrectly once again so I had to call again.. terrible experience. Poor The morning receptionist lied and told me my son was peeing in the front yard, when I questioned her about it, she said it was a guest not her. She also got upset that my son spilled plastic folks during breakfast and picked them up, but he didn't throw them in the trash. I stayed there for 4 weeks while my house was getting fixed and when we first came they told me the pool would be open in 1 week. The entire 4 weeks I was there the pool was never open. The treadmills where broken, the key card for the rooms never work... read more

Needs some deep cleaning! Our room was filthy. Spills and splatters on the walls and furniture. The floor was so dirty I had to wash my feet after bathing and walking around the room after about a half an hour. We had no toiletries except a small bar of soap provided. The freeway was very loud. The bed was okay. Not worth the money. The staff was friendly.

Bad I stay at La Quinta everywhere i go, i never had an issue but the lady that checked me in was very rude. I will never stay at another one ever again!!

Fair Well lasvegas just a horrible place to visit. Way over priced. Not much. Packing was good.
