Underwhelming They charge 10 dollar fee for parking on property per car .Its absolutely ridiculous.They don’t renovate the hotel and the elevator is looking bad ,the key reader on doors barely work and the pool was closed by the state due to chipped main drain line due to lack of maintenance on hotel Location was perfect to my sons school
Not a very happy camper due to NO swimming pool and temperature in Vegas was in the 100! The swimming pool was not available and not advertised on their website as “CLOSED “ I liked the fact that it had a good rating including the fact that a swimming pool was available!
Very Poor Parking cost extra despite advertising as free. Bathtub was disgusting. Sink drained slowly. Pool was closed.
It was bad I checked out an hour after checking in I did not stay there The whole place smelled bad and the room.was filthy dirty ..I found other peoples stuff under the bed and couches and it was never vacuumed..the sheets were stained and the bed hurt Staff was nice
Sleepless & disappointing Your staff at the front desk were kind, professional & attentive. The hotel gets a 0 out of 10. Also, when my husband called to speak with the General Mgr, Daniel Segura, he was not apologetic or understanding. He did, however, agree to give a full refund including tax= $176.67 We have not yet received it as it has not been 10 days. Breakfast was awful. everything was dried up & tasteless. Never again The water was cold to the shower they gave us the wrong room because the other room wasn’t ready the pool didn’t work it was dirty we kept having to ask for clean towels Nothing at all
