Way beneath our expectations Blankets were stained. Blood stains on bathroom walls and floors. Shower floor was disgusting. No matress protector. Breakfast subpar. Area was decent but for the price we paid way beneath our expectations. Will never return. Staff was friendly

Fair The Hotel was advertised as having Free Breakfast. When the family went down in the morning it was a Continental breakfast. I as the Grandmother was very upset because my grandson had a baseball tournament and I specifically chose this place for location and breakfast. Basically this is false advertisement. I paid for two rooms. Everything about the facility was great except for the breakfast that was not provided as advertised

Pleasant Hallway had trash cans collecting water dripping from ceiling. Property had abandoned car in parking lot. Dog poop all over and trash outside Convenient to my business needs.
Noisy neighbors I told the front desk no action taken. On ck out I asked the front desk to have the manager call me He did not call Lovely Inn has all amenities spotless but we had noisy neighbors waking us up
