Hotels needs to focus on cleaniness The rooms were not cleaned properly. Bathroom tub was and floor was dirty. The doors where previous occupants touch over and over again was dirty with finger prints and patches. Room surfaces weren't properly wiped down. I did request for room service to address the bathroom tub and she cleaned it. There was too much for her to clean to up The location
Nice find - not sure i'd stay again The carpet was filthy (my sons feet were black from running around on the carpet and he literally just took a shower), the TV screen was broken/barely turned on. The mattress was dilapidated/completely sunken in, the cover sheet had numerous spots - looked like someone spilled candle wax all over. I liked how the room was spacious, mini kitchen and the white fluffy towels OVED being able to sign into my Netflix account. GREAT new feature!
Bad The room was dirty and we requested to have the room clean. We came back to the room and there was a do not disturb sing in the door and the room was not clean. We called the front desk and they told us that they didn’t cleaned because of the do not disturb sing, we had to request for the room to be clean again.

Fair Need a better menu.
not good-I will look for another pet friendly hotel to stay at next time. EVERYTHING!! We stayed here on our way to Tahoe and on our way back home. We wanted to have a room with (2) queen beds instead of a king and a terrible sleeper sofa that gave my son who is over 6' tall a back ache. We were told that this property location did not have queen beds :( The alternative was to take a room with (2) double beds-it worked only because we were so tired we didn't really care. Okay but not great Bathroom shower has a dirty floor, orange growth around edges with some nasty black growth in corners. I think using bleach cleaner would help. Under sink not cleaned well. Dirt and dog food in corner. Restrooms by pool so dirty and stinky I wouldn’t even enter. Pool and spa okay. Room in general was okay except bathroom and shower.
Family and I enjoyed our stay but the AC kept turning off. And it wouldn’t get that cold. We had some warm uncomfortable
Terrible all around! Our room was dirty to start off. There was a mosquito or something stuck to the shower rod. The microwave was dirty. Our bed has a makeup stain on it and hair on the comforter. Also the shower water raised to my ankles. It would have flooded if i didn’t shut off the water. There was a dog next door that barked all night long.
