Noisy and uncomfortable We stayed here in different rooms, since we need to have a room first for 2 guests, then for 3 and again for 2. It was VERY very noisy, especially on the weekend. You need earplugs to sleep during the night. It was a noise from the bathroom all night. The mattress was too soft, quite weird uncomfortable shower, we were just dreaming to have a proper wash. Not a happy customer I was not happy that I followed the signs for "vending machines," and there were none. I called the front desk for an hour because I was looking for an ice machine. I am disabled so I went down to the front desk & a sign said "be back in 30 minutes" I called over an hour. I went to the basement & had to knock on an "employees only" door to ask for assistance. thanks My God taked insurance 50 $ and said will refund when out but still not refund the location near every where you go
Fair The hotel did provide basic stuff such as toiletries, sanitary kit etc. For the price you pay, there's very little you get. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Bad The very loud noise in the room coming from the radiators. The radiators were very noisy. Didn't have rest at all.
