We had no heat in our room over night and the only solution I was offered was an extra blanket. It was in the 30s outsid The overnight staff. I like the location of the property.

correct l’ascenseur a été bloqué un jour (en logeant au 11ème étage…) évier de salle de bain très petit pas de manche dans la baignoire, pas de possibilité de doser la puissance du jet TV assez ancienne mais correcte chambre pas aspirée du séjour… la machine à café au sous sol ne fonctionnait pas pendant plusieurs jours chambre rangée tous les jours serviettes remplacées tous les jours grand lit avec plusieurs oreillers

not recommend to anyone, it is a bad experience quality of the hotel, room and all furniture which is look very old or much used. behavior of the staff and receptionist was very rude, bad smells in the room. nothing is able to like. except the location.

Was cheap but was not even close to what was advertised and I’ve stayed at $60 hotels that were better taken care of. tiny rooms. dirty bathroom. tv was very poor. room felt cramped with the amount of furniture and the poor setup. elevators were gross and creaky. bed sheets were stained. the heater/ac was very loud. the room smelled like dirty kitty litter upon entry. the location wasn’t terrible.
