ruined my entire trip, didn’t worth a dime and I paid so much money for it nothing, that hotel ruined my entire trip, I paid so much money and has such a bad time with it, the room was so small and don’t look like it on the pictures i couldn’t even open my suitcase properly. Good location, decent price but fix the elevator! There was only one elevator working (out of 2) which meant there were always lots of people queueing to get to their rooms. Only other thing is I found the blankets very thin for this time of year. This was just around the corner from Macys, a subway station and a hop on hop off bus station. The room was quite small but clean and pleasant. Beautiful Christmas tree in reception!

hotel was ok but not good value for the price paid. very ugly inside. very small plain room and small pretty good location
The rooms are not updated and are small but are very clean. Staff was very helpful small room , one elevator was broken good location

frustrating there was two elevators but one was always broken. The first night the second elevator also broke and we had to go up to stairs the 10th floor. The tv in the room didn’t work at all. just doesn’t worth the price. the location
