nice location bad hotel the rooms are so small and very old towels were smelly even when they’re clean the bed is not comfortable they don’t have water not even paid!! its not worth the value paid not recommend the location ONLY
pessimo atendimento pessimo atendimento. Solicitei no checkout a nota fiscal referente ao pagamento feito da minha hospedagem com meu noivo e nao me enviaram, mentiram dizendo que enviariam para meu e-mail e nada, tomei um prejuizo de 10 mil reais!! Enviei diversas mensagens/e-mails solicitando e nao obtive retorno. Nao confiem nesse hotel!! Foi uma pessima experiencia em todos os aspectos!!!!! pessimo atendimento

Fair Das Zimmer lag direkt über den Klimageneratoren. Es war als stünde die ganze Nacht ein LKW mit laufendem Motor unter dem Fenster Die Lage ist super. Alles sehr zentral

location was pretty good, but I wouldn’t stay here again. 1 st night- we got the last room. we booked 2 Queens & got a king with a hideaway. there were people who had paid for rooms that didn’t get them because they were overbooked. They switched us to another room 2 queens as requested). the fact that it had 2 Q beds was literally the only improvement. it was a lower floor so more street noise, and smelled funny. like old BO. The location- Koreatown - was good. close to subway station, restaurants. the staff was friendly.
dissapointing, appalling and massively unsatisfactory where do I start…. ⁃no heating on first night, we spoke to the front desk and they sent up maintenance who looked at it for 10 seconds and said nothing can be done. Gave us a dirty blanket for the night. The second day we went down to the front desk and maintenance came up again to look at the problem and fixed it within 2 minutes.
