bad , don’t recommend dirty place, they were overbooked location
Nie mehr Hotel at Fifth Ave., wir wurden nur abgezockt ständiger Lärm im Kingsize Deluxe, Zimmer 1106, kein Schlaf möglich für ca. 400$ p. Nacht, eine Sauerei. Fenster lassen jeden Ton von Außen ins Zimmer. Absolut terrific. was bildet sich das Management rin?! Aus unserer Sicht sind eir fort abgezockt worden. ich hatte in dem Zimmer ein wichtiges Dokument vergessen. Mehrfache Anrufe blieben erfolglos. Fair 1) Δυο μερες απο τις 7 δεν είχε ζεστό νερό λόγω βλάβης που δεν έφταιγε το ξενοδοχείο και σχεδόν όλες τις μερες δεν λειτουργούσε το ενα απο τα δυο ασανσέρ (που έφταιγε το ξενοδοχείο), το οποίο προκαλούσε μια ουρά και καθηστερηση! 2) Η γειτονιά δεν ειναι επίφοβη, αλλα δεν παύει να ειναι κάπως περίεργη. 3) Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου ηταν τελείως επιφανειακή. 4) Ζητήσαμε να μας καλέσουν ταξί για το αεροδρόμιο και ήθελαν να μας πασάρουν έναν ιδιώτη, που περίμενε απέξω, με 30$ παραπάνω απο την κανονική τιμή του ταξί. Would never stay here again. Very unpleasant week spent at this property. Roaches, no hot water, elevator broken, dirty lobby, housekeeping issues. Nice rooftop bar
Better places for the same price Upon checking in, staff was unresponsive. They didn't even go over the $50 deposit, the fact that the elevator was broken, our check out time, etc. Literally handed us the room cards and that was that. The lobby is nicely renovated but don't let that fool you. Bastante mejorable Precisamente está ubicado en una calle con muchísima actividad. En nuestro caso nuestra habitación daba a la calle 32 y el ruido era constante por la noche. En cuanto a las instalaciones lucen bastante viejas y la limpieza no es de lo más recalcable. El ascensor se averió durante nuestra estancia y sigue sin arreglarse por lo que hemos tenido que subir seis pisos a pie (hemos estado una semana completa) al disponer el hotel de un único ascensor para 14 pisos... not recommended at all one of the elevators didn’t work for a week or two and it was very hard to manage. every time I wanted to go down stairs I needed to wait for 20 min’ until the elevator will come by my floor. the staff wasn’t nice and didn’t help at all- they took the one elevator who did work and used it for them selves so we needed to wait some more the hotel was in a very good location
