Bad non professional staff late check in wrong description the street very dirty (32 west) 2 elevators only un save small room nothing,
would not book again the rooms are outdated. No water no fridge. but worst was that there were hairs all over the room, on the Ned and on the towels, felt dirty good location

Hotel muito mal cuidado. Quarto bastante precário, percebe que o hotel está bastante mal cuidado. Parece que o hotel está com uma equipe reduzida, das vezes que entramos e saímos do hotel, não vimos ninguém no lobby. Como o hotel se encontram em uma rua bastante movimentada com muitos restaurantes e bares, a frente do hotel sempre fica com filas dos bares ou bebados e absolutamente ninguém da equipe do hotel faz algo a respeito. Só vale a pena pela localização. Funcionários da recepção péssimos, atendimento ruim, mau humor e falta de paciência para explicações. Ponto positivo é a localização.
