Disappointing stay The rooms are small, and you need to climb over the bed to get desk. The shower takes forever to warm up. The beds are super soft and the bedding is a blanket between two sheets, no fluffy duvet or comforter. The location is right in Koreatown, at the heart of Midtown Manhattan. You can step out of the hotel and be at the theatre in 15 minutes. The view from the rooftop bar looking up at the Empire State Building is nice.
Not worth it. The elevator still did not work - even after a year. The bed was so thin that when I laid down it felt like I was laying directly on the box spring. The room was so small that you could barely get on the other side of the bed. The location is good. The staff are nice enough.

meh room was stuffy, window was to a brick wall, the heater made noise, bed was uncomfortable, black mold in bathroom, toilet continuously ran, concierge/room service did not pick up phone, no sound proofing on door and light seeped in making it hard to sleep the location
