Great location, but cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. I was very disappointed with certain aspects of my stay at this hotel. For two days in a row, the elevators were out of service, and we had to climb 12 floors by the stairs — which was extremely inconvenient and exhausting. While cleaning was done daily, it was not up to standard. Some days we had to request new sheets because the ones provided had stains on them, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Centralissimo ma carente in molte cose La camera che ci hanno consegnato al nostro arrivo era indecente per i 7 giorni (profumatamente) pagati! Eravamo 3 persone in una camera piccolissima con un bagno impraticabile e minuscolo, abbiamo chiesto subito un cambio camera ma la donna scorbutica alla reception non se n'è minimamente importata, acida nelle risposte come poche! Did not attend the expectations I did not like the the space of the room, I thought it was too small and it didn't match the photos showing on booking. Also, I didn't like the street, I didn't know it was in Korean town.
