Overall, really poor experience. Would not recommend. They don't care about the customer at all Our stay was not a pleasant one at all. For the price they charge, and given their 3*** rating there are plenty of things that are unacceptable: 1) Cleaning of the rooms was really poor (no bathroom cleaning, the bed was made up by just throwing the sheets on top of it) 2) They ask you to pay in advance, and will deduct the money on a daily basis until you pay. disappointing No toiletries, we had to buy shampoo and soap and toothpaste. Also, the room had no view at all, besides the fact that we booked the one that included a view to the city location
Hotel offers little other than a room Had to change rooms because wifi did not work in first room. the loud music all night made the stay almost useless as one normally needs sleep. no help with taxis room was nice and bed comfortable
Location was perfect, but overall hotel wasn't great. We reserved a Deluxe Room, but received a regular room. We were told all deluxe rooms were booked. The lobby was always dirty, the first room we received didn't have the control for AC so we had to change rooms. Second room was ok. Overall cleanliness wasn't great. Location
Fair I understand there was no tea etc due to covid they told us but to get to our room and no soap to wash our hands after such long journey ??covid ??that was very dissapointing..just not good enough Stayed here before love the location
It is a SUPER BASIC room in a decent location, but nothing more. You cannot open the windows for fresh air in the room, they are very small which is to be expected, but they barely offer soap. They also cannot hold your luggage for you if you need to check in early, or check out and still have time before your flight. Very Poor Paid almost $500 per night for a room. Room was dirty, bathroom dirty and there wasn't even a body wash or shampoo in the bathroom..
Great location, comfy bed but too loud at night Very very loud outside (appreciate nothing hotel can do!) No toiletries in the room - not even soap! Bed was comfy. Location was great!
