Good value for money The mattress was really miserable. A piece of thin foam. I am not very picky about mattresses but this one was below anything I encountered at any hotel. Coffee in the room was bad Heating was noisy and spotty Always had to wait for elevator. At one point one of the elevators was out of order for more than 12 hours and the lines were very long. Very Good Of the only two elevators present in the hotel, one was out of service most of the time. Frustrating sometimes. Very good location to explore The City. Gentle and professional staff.
