Easy to get around and very clean hotel only problem was the lifts the lifts did not work very well very clean and central

Very Good The air was very thick and dry. It was not helpfull that it was not allowed, to open any windows. Also a single sheet around the blanket would bei better than two loose ones. The staff was very kind and helpfull. I arrived very late and Tom told us where to go, for late snacks. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Exceptional
Good one elevator was out of service so sometimes must wait for the only one. No warm water early morning and AC isn’t great. great location and good size room for NYC.

Good Hotel for Short Stay - the noise is crazy especially Saturday night since all the bars, restaurants and traffic go through the street. Lots of honking and sirens. It got quite only around 3am. It felt like the window was open. So be prepared to not sleep so well unless you are used to city sounds! - only one functioning elevator so need to be patient or use the stairs - the location was pretty good.
