Good location but hotel was shabby from the outside and didn’t look like the picture on booking.com View from room was awful Dingy and dark in the room as couldn’t have the curtains open due to the room overlooking offices Plastic cutlery and paper plates/bowls at breakfast - choice of breakfast was limited. Concierge didn’t know how to get to places so we just found our own way around the city Expensive room with no view Location was good and within easy reach of the main attractions

Hotel básico pero en pleno centro El desayuno es muy básico y no muy bueno. La ubicación está muy bien, justo al lado del Empire State y la 5a avenida.
Decent place, decent price but probably wouldn’t stay there again. Elevators were ridiculously slow. Breakfast area was understaffed - man working breakfast area couldn’t keep up with keeping food stocked and tables cleared/cleaned. He was less than friendly. Person who checked me out was unfriendly and borderline rude. Housekeeping staff was super friendly.
We would possibly stay here again. breakfast not nearly as good as what we have experienced in other hotels mattress was very comfortable
