friendly staff, clean room, facility could use some maintenance the elevator would consistently break down, luckily we stayed on the 3rd floor so the whole time we were taking the stairs to our room very close to Times Square and other attractions including food places, bars, and gift shops

Good only had one operating elevator. the other was broken location was awesome and they allowed us to check in early

Erwartungsgemäß für die sehr zentrale Lage ok Die Fenster könnten mal gewaschen werden. Es sah mir danach aus, dass das nicht regelmäßig gemacht wird. Die Fotos vom Eigentümer brauchen ein Update Für die Lage war es ein gutes Hotel.

Good Only one elevator was working, the hot water machine and coffee machine in the basement were broken and the rooms need renovating; mold under the wallpaper around the window and around the bathroom vent. According to the front desk staff, continental breakfast has not been offered since 2017, so I recommend removing that from the website. Great location, great price, great staff.
