Will not return. Overpriced for quality. Decor is dated. Pillows are like rocks. Breakfast was adequate; location was good.

One and done All the dirt on the floors and counters, phone did not work, I left my $200 tempurpedic pillow and still no one has gotten back to me about it. I was kept on hold for 25 minutes when I first called about the pillow. Location

Overall, the balcony and view was nice, but the room was very dirty and I was not satisfied. Room was dirty. Sheets had stains on them. Shower drain did not work. Room smelt mildewed. Shower smelt like urine and the shower head was filthy. The staff was friendly and answered questions. View was nice.

Poor May be because of covid but who knows. Was extremely disappointed in the room. For 283 dollars one would expect cleaniness. The fan over the bed had a layer of dust I could see from the other side of the room. The wall outlet was broken in pieces. The bathroom tiles were possibly breaking or peeling off. The display for the showering items was broken. Not sure when the coffee machine was even cleaned last was it was caked with coffee ground residue. Bad Clean area Had sewer smell in the first room

I’d seek out another place next time Needs updating - awful gold yellow color And areas in the bathroom wall which had been damaged, probably water damage but terrible patch job.

We are sorry that you do not care for the gold color but we are part of a 155 acre development with an architectural control committee that requires an Old World Tuscan design. If you are looking for a contemporary design then this hotel is not for you.

Very disappointing Breakfast was all cold foods, (hard boiled eggs, cereal, bite size muffins and toast) which I would not call that a breakfast, the bed was as hard as a rock. The vending machine on our floor was empty of 3 different drinks, the people above us had kids and dogs and we heard them barking and the kids running across the floor till late at night. Location

Just ok Price for what I got. The room, the furnishings, fans, A/C system just all old and worn. Poor due to covid didn’t have to be but was.
