Poor cleanliness (or lack thereof) location
it was “okay”… The refrigerator looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and smelled stink. The shower had mold/mildew and the room was dusty like no one has been there in awhile.. Also, the AC definitely needed to be cleaned in the room. The beds and pillows were a “NO GO”. The pillows were super uncomfortable and flat. The beds were hard, our bodies and neck hurt the following days (Even my kids were complaining). Breakfast was good and the staff were nice and friendly.

Awful This is a filthy place. Mold in bathroom tub and sink. Dirty follow, dirty carpet dirty furniture dirty curtains. The entire place should be sanatized. My cream cheese was sour and old

Disappointing There was a horrible smell in our room and when we complained the people next to us were also complaining. We were both told they couldn’t change our rooms because the hotel was full and all of the hotels in the area were booked. She tried spraying Lysol (which just made it worse). My daughters allergies were bad the whole stay because of the smell. There was mold in the bathroom. Location

Fair See above There was only one very slow elevator. The hallway around the elevator was very dirty. The room needed deep cleaning. There was dirt in all the corners. The staff was very good. No complaints. I appreciate the free breakfast but it was not good. The Wi-Fi code we received did not work. We tried multiple times. Also our key failed twice. Had to replace twice. That was very annoying. The place was functional and worked OK but I won’t be going back.

Verify guest check outs On the day of check out the non English speaking house keeper started cleaning out my room before I had officially checked out. Just because she had seen me taking my luggage out. I met her in the hallway and she handed me my cellphone. What was the hurry? To get the rooms done quickly? I would appreciate an organized system that communicates to its house keepers and rest of the staff that a guest has officially checked out. Not hurrying in so they can get their job done.
