this was my 4th stay over the years Chose here on purpose but was very disappointed Hot tub didn't work pool was locked 2nd night--hard to find worker at desk--room took about 3-4 hours to cool off enough to be comfortable--no tv guide for channels --won't be back when there are so many choices to pick from breakfast was good --price was good location was what I wanted.
Frustrating The air in our room did not work and we still had to pay for. They claimed there was no room available until we called customer care and then all of a sudden there was a room available. Andrea was the desk attendant and she needs to be trained on customer service or fired.
Poor Beds and better televisions service couldn’t watch it at all because we couldn’t figure how to get live and local channels no bedding for the hideaway bed. Hard beds, air not cool enough.
room had issues and staff not helpful. air conditioning did not work very well. bathroom not clean. Pool was very dirty and water not clear.
Very Poor The room smelled horrible, the carpet both in the room and out was gross. The staff, and the location.
not good The pool didn’t work employees where a little rude and to top it of we got bites all over our bodies called the manager and said they never had a problem send the pictures to the email provided and they never responded very bad service from the manager the area was good and a quiet stay
Had to check out and get a new hotel. There were 3-4 homeless people allowed to sleep in a corner of the dark lobby. At least one was present 24 hours of the day. (Just give them a room.) While watching TV we smelled pee. Turns out someone/something had peed on the bed. It soaked from the top of the comforter to the mattress. The paint and upkeep of the hotel was much to be desired. Disappointing…we normally stay at a Marriott or Hilton property; we certainly have deleted LaQuinta Run Down; way behind on maintenance! The elevator (only had one) was outdated. There was nothing inviting about the place. The carpets were nasty, especially in the hallways and they were not even vacuumed! The coffee was terrible and they did not even have decent coffee cups! I am thankful to have been able to use a bed, but I am not pleased with my overall experience. The room looked like it was half way cleaned. The floors were dirty. The bathroom counter and tub looked dirty. The pool was filthy and the spa knob was missing so we couldn’t use the spa. There were no pool towels accessible to guests.
