Poor The room just felt dirty as in the restroom and overall fell. We also had an interesting stain on our blanket. The elevator was also very unpleasant. The facility just felt dirty. The staff was kind and helpful. We also had easy access to everything.
Would not stay there again and will not recommend. I reserved a room that was non handicap accessible (This option was given at booking) but was given a handicapable room. Shower was awful and there was water all over the floor when we got there and any time we took a shower. Room was filthy with all kinds of junk under the bed. Also asked not to be on first floor but did not honor that request either. Placed us right by the elevators and there was a huge party a few doors down that was extremely loud. I will never stay at this property again. The condition of the property. Even though it appeared to be a new build, the faucet in the tub leaked an incredible amount, even without the water being engaged: it leaked all night and day. There were paint scuffs on the walls, the sheets did not feel clean, and there were so many dark spots in the room and corridors that the property appeared to be perfectly ready to film a horror movie than occupation. Had we known how poor the stay was going to be, we would have stayed next door at Holiday Inn Expres They didn’t tell us that they don’t clean you room, empty trash NOTHING. We had no soap in the bathroom, no coffee for the coffee maker, no bath mat. Breakfast was probably the only positive.

Eh. Was not very clean. Beds not comfortable. No shampoo
We have taken this hotel off our list for future stays. The room was dingy. You need to be a contortionist to reach the toilet paper in the bathroom. The breakfast was not very good- no juice, poor cereal choices, dried up Canadian sausage, etc.
