Worst part of supposedly relaxing mini vaca Paid for suite with pull out couch. Had to ask for linens bc they didn't leave any. Had to ask for a pillow and they had to "find" one and bring it to me. I thoroughly sprayed everything with Lysol and when goin to sleep, was willing something awful coming from the pillow. Didn't sleep well on pull out bc mattress was so thin, all I felt was the bars poking through. Didn't eat breakfast bc the first night, there were ants in our room....we were on the 4th floor. Fair The parking lot was dirty. There was a pizza box, with the pizza in it, on the ground from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. The trash cans by the door were overflowing with trash and no one cleaned them during the whole time we were there. The girls at the reception remained sitting in their back room all the time looking at their phones instead of going , at least, out the door and see what it looked like or call whom ever is responsible for maintenance to clean around the front door, at least. Disappointing

Very disappointing!! We had to wipe and clean the dust from the furniture. Outlets didn't work. Outdated TV. Ironing board was broken. I fell while in the shower, went to the ER via ambulance and not once did management check to see if I was ok or offer a discount on my stay. Very unsympathetic and uncaring. Wish we had selected another hotel. We will never stay there if we come to Texas again. The Continental breakfast

Too pricey for cheap experience For the price, it was dirty, AC unit did not work well, 1 elevator That there was a room available so last minute.

I will NEVER stay at a LaQuinta, any Wyndham hotel nor use Booking.com again..period! Management could have been honest and professional! Andrea, who refused to provide surname, was certainly NOT! Andrea checked me into the hotel Thursday, 27th of May at a few minutes before 2 pm. She found my reservation by using the confirmation number provided and requested my credit card ending in 4495. Bad My room was dirty, I asked for clean bedding and was told they have no extras due to being full. Microwave didn't work. Shower was clogged and sink in bathroom had a horrible smell.

Worst stay I have experienced in a while! My first room had someone else’s hair all over the pillow and bed and reeked of smoke. They changed my room at my request without even an apology. The new room was an improvement but was terribly uncomfortable and the light constantly flickered and the bathroom fan was incredibly loud and didn’t shut off. I don’t generally complain about things. I won’t ever stay here or another La Quinta again. It was conveniently located to where I was working for the week
