I’m beyond amazed this place stays in business Everything This place sucks!!!! We asked for a working iron. They never responded. We asked for a light bulb to be replaced. We got pound sand. No services, nothing in their front “store”. No water, nothing. No cleaning service, towels, etc. it was terrible, will never stay at another La Quinta again.
Not good Dog hair on bed Nothing
Bad When I arrived the air conditioner in room did not work. I was told I was not able to move rooms and that no maintenance was on staff. Then about 10 min later I hear water and the toilet was overflowing and flooding the entire bathroom and entry way. I called again and was told nothing could be done just soak up the water. I was there for two nights and unable to use the restroom in room and burning up with no air conditioner. On the third day I was moved to another room. Disappointing Elevator was not in Service had to walk up to the 3rd floor with a 2 huge bags . Beds were uncomfortable
Will not stay here again. Elevator was not working so we had to use the stairs as well as my 91 year old father-in-law. It was very difficult for him to manage. We had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs as well as his. The room stunk and was not clean. The bathroom has so much cosmetic damage to it! This hotel needs a remodel.
I will never stay here again unless I’m seriously desperate. The elevator was down our entire stay. We had to climb 4 flights of stairs with kids and luggage. Our housekeepers never came to clean our room. We had to go to front desk to get clean towels. Room was super tiny. Beds were more of full size than queen. Don’t get me started on the awful breakfast! We paid 300 bucks for 2 nights and it sucked! The Location was about the best thing about this hotel.

I did not enjoy my stay for multiple reason, main reason lack of sleep!! Was called before I got to the hotel to pay for my room but was not informed about the elevator being down. But they wanted my money.. The elevator was broken.. sleep was disturbed by other guest without resolution. Staff didn’t answer the front desk phone, had to keep walking downstairs to the desk. Room smelled like smoke and or stale smell. I like the bed size and comfiness, the towels were plush and the staff was pleasant.
This hotel didn't live up to the standards I expect from a La Quinta. The elevator was broken and I wasn't notified until AFTER I paid for a fourth floor room. Extra exercise I guess... The room had not been thoroughly cleaned, but had evidence of dust and grime everywhere. The hotel was in a general state of disrepair and uncleanliness. This is the kind of experience I expect from a $50 motel in a run-down little town--not a La Quinta in a bustling North Texas city.
