Disappointing I thought the room was clean until I drop something on the floor. I cleaned it with a wet rag and my hand print was on the rag from the filthy floor. The bed was hard as a rock as well as the pillows. Will not stay there again.

Need to do a better job cleaning rooms for visitors. The breakfast was unavailable due to COVID, but the price for the room was not adjusted, nor was the advertisement on the website when booking. The room I stayed in was filthy, but since I arrived later in the night, I just stayed and kept my shoes on. The floor had food all over it. I tried to call the front desk about it, but could not get through to anyone to answer. Depressing The place was filthy. All the hallways hadn't been vacuumed, it looked like for weeks. In my room there was something in the freezer, a bag on the floor, and gum in the waste basket. It made me distrust if even the sheets had been washed. It was so bad I even complained to the poor girl at the front desk. The manager and cleaning staff need to be fired. The owner needs to vacuum the hallways if he/she can't decent help. Oh, and it says they offer breakfast. No, not even a breakfast bag which most other hotels are ... read more

Fair The towel had spots or mold and the shower head was gross. The property was decent. No breakfast was served even though it was on the website when I booked and was one of the reasons why I booked it.

Fair the night person very rude, I understand mask are required, but 1am walking our service dog not one person in lobby besides night clerk walk from too. to outside and tells me if I don't wear a mask they will force us to leave. number one service dog (military trauned Shepard ) is unable to see face for commands and hear them properly, now personally I'd rather have someone have control over a trained army than them have a mask, also my bad 1am dog wakes you from hard sleep to go potty, your not thinking oh let grab a ma... read more
